"Send me the pen in the mail, I will repair it and return it."

Email me below, describing your pen or pens issue, then I will provide you with my address where you can send the pen or pens through USPS mail. Once I receive it, I will diagnose it to see what its problems are, replace the battery if necessary, then send it back via USPS mail. Once I receive the pen it will take 1-2 days to replace the battery, and send it back in the mail.

Price:

$20 for battery replacement. You pay shipping both ways. About $25 total.

Two pens:

$35 for battery replacement. After shipping about $40 total.

I work primarily on battery operated slylii from Gateway, but will work on other stylii upon request, from any manufacturer. While Tablet PCs are some of the greatest devices ever invented (in my opinion) there are problems with the pens. The batteries are burning out faster than anticipated by Gateway. Gateway has shut down help in this department leaving Tablet PC users without the use of their computers. I have figured out how to replace the stylii batteries and intend to get Tablet PC users up and running again.

1. Does the pen jump and skip across the screen when you track it?
2. Has the pen stopped responding to the screen altogether, and for how long?
3. Does the pen track when moving across the screen, but hesitate to click?

Paypal has been the standard form of payment, upon receipt and testing of your pen to make sure it works. Once I send the pen back in the mail I will send you an invoice. Other forms of payment are possible as well.
